Membership cancellation policy

All Golf Performance Lab memberships require a commitment term. If the member wants to cancel the membership before the commitment term has ended, please refer to the Membership Terms & Conditions page by clicking here. The membership termination process can be found under the “TERMINATION BY MEMBER” section.

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY

Golf Performance Lab has a 48-hour cancellation policy. Should you need to cancel your appointment with Golf Performance Lab, it is your responsibility to contact your instructor at least 48-hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.

  • Appointment Cancellations

Appointments that are cancelled less than 48-hours in advance or that are no-call no show, are subject to the full lesson fee. This includes series lessons, monthly and yearly memberships.

All cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file unless a series or membership is in place from which the lesson benefit will be applied to cover the fee.

Please inform the change or update to any of our staffs or coaches at Golf Performance Lab . It is your responsibility to inform us of any cancellations.
